S4x25 Event Hotel: JW Marriott Tampa Water Street

S4x25 is held in the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, and we have a block of 400 rooms for the great price of $299+tax. (the online room rate for that week starts at $600+tax) When you buy your S4x25 ticket you will receive information on how to get a room in this block at this price. The S4x24 room block sold out in November so get your ticket and room early.

The JW Marriott Tampa Water Street opened in 2021 and is luxurious and new. Great rooms, great restaurants and facilities, and S4x25 will be held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor conference facilities. It’s steps away from the Tampa Bay River Walk, and Water Street is one of Tampa’s hottest new areas with new restaurants and bars opening.

Tampa Marriott Water Street

The Tampa Marriott Water Street is across the street from the JW Marriot Tampa Water Street / S4x25. There is even a skybridge between the two hotels that will bring you right into the S4 Conference area on the 3rd floor.

There is not a S4x25 room block or discount for Tampa Marriott Water Street.

Other Nearby Hotels

There are many other nearby hotels. Likely one of your favorite brands. The Embassy Suites is also across the street from the event. The Roost is a local legend. The Tampa Edition if you want boutique luxury. There is the Tampa Westin Waterside just across the bay.

There are many more hotels a longer walk or short Uber/Drive away including Aloft, Hyatt, Hilton, Residence Inn, Meridien, Marriott Courtyard and other local hotels.

Should I Rent A Car?

If you are staying at the JW Marriott or one of the other closeby hotels, definitely no. The Big Party is the only offsite event, and it is a 3 block walk or trolley ride. If you want to explore other parts of Tampa, a main streetcar stop, stop 10, is right outside the hotel. You are steps away from the water taxis. And Uber/Lfyt are plentiful. 

If you are staying farther away or just feel the need to have a car, it is not as difficult or as expensive as Miami South Beach. You can valet park at the JW Marriott for $45/day or self park at the adjacent Pam Iorio garage for $15/day or $3/hour.
