S4x26 is held at the Loews Miami Beach, and the S4x26 Cabana Sessions are at the Surfcomber Hotel.

The Surfcomber was the host hotel for the early years of S4 in Miami South Beach. It is a boutique, art deco hotel. It has a great pool, outdoor bar and other facilities and where we hold the Cabana Sessions. Many S4 attendees like to sit around the pool at night … it is where the BeerISAC was born.

The rate is $349 + tax per night. You will see a $49+tax resort fee. S4 will pay this fee and you will not be charged at charged the resort fee at checkout. You will be charged a one night deposit, $349+sales tax, when you make the reservation.

Other Nearby Hotels

There are a large number of hotels with a variety of price ranges within a five-block walk of the S4 venues. These tend not to be chain hotels. They are art deco / historic hotels. The less expensive hotels are off the beach, check out James Street. The map below shows some of the options and prices in November.

Do Not Rent A Car

All of the S4 activities are within a few, easy to walk blocks. Parking is expensive. Miami South Beach is a crazy driving environment at night. And there are plenty of taxi’s and Ubers if you need to go farther.

Travel Tips

Miami Airport is the closest airport. Fort Lauderdale airport will take about an extra 30 minutes to reach Miami South Beach.

ARRIVAL: Plan on arriving on Monday, February 23. Badge pickup is 2PM – 7PM. We also open up the Prime Rooms and the Proof of Concept Pavilion Monday afternoon. You can pick up your badge Tuesday morning as well, just make sure you get in so you can make the 9AM Tuesday kickoff and keynotes.

DEPARTURE: The Closing Panel ends at 4PM on Thursday, February 26. It is followed immediately by the Craft Beer Bash from 4PM to 5:30PM. If you can stay Thursday night you will get to experience it all. Some choose to catch a plane late Thursday afternoon or evening.
