The S4x25 tickets are blowing out in the first 36 hours sale price (we are at ticket #447 at hour 22). Many ticketed attendees are already getting hotel reservations and making plane reservations. S4x25 is in a new venue and has a different schedule, especially with no Cabana Sessions on Wednesday afternoon. Here are some points for you to consider when planning your travel.

  • Arrive on Monday. There is no activity on Monday except for badge pickup late afternoon, early evening. (and I know some companies are planning social events on Monday night). This is different than S4x23 and x24 where you might have wanted to arrive on Sunday to take part in the Monday pre-event activities on the 3rd floor. Sponsor set up isn’t available until 2PM Monday. There is no need for you to be in Tampa on Sunday unless you are taking a training class or want a fun day in Tampa.
  • UPDATED: The S4x25 hotel block at the JW Marriott has less than 20 rooms still available Monday – Thursday (Sunday night and Thursday night are sold out). You will see the link to reserve your hotel room in the ticket confirmation email from Universe.
  • UPDATED: A new 100 room block is now available at the Tampa Marriott Water Street. This is right across the street from S4x25. There is even a skybridge if you don’t want to go outside. And it is on the Tampa Riverwalk.
  • Wednesday and Thursday are the main days at S4x25. If you can only stay 2.5 days, arrive on Tuesday and stay through Thursday at 6PM. Don’t plan on a half day on Thursday. The Main Stage, and everything else, is open Wednesday and Thursday.
  • There still will be a lot going on Tuesday. Stage 2 Technical Deep Dives and Stage 3 will be open. The Prime Rooms, Vulnerability Management Pavilion, Startup Pavilion, Sector Birds of a Session, ICScape Rooms, fun activities late afternoon, and more.

We are going all out to make all three days the best S4 ever. We hope you arrive on Monday and leave Friday morning to experience it all. That being said, I’d rank the days:

  1. Wednesday … you have to be there Wednesday, the conference and the Big Party.
  2. Thursday … all three stages and everything else is open. You won’t want to miss the Closing Keynote or Craft Beer Bash.
  3. Tuesday … a full day, lots of fun, Main Stage is not open

We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out to us at info@s4xevents.com with any questions.
