All S4 room blocks at the Loews Miami Beach and Surfcomber are sold out.
We’ve had many requests for a room at the beautiful Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Our room block sold out months ago. Over that time there have been some cancellations. Loews is reopening the room block at noon ET today (Monday, Feb 15th) for the small number or rooms now available. First come, first serve. Here is the link:
If you can’t get a room at the Loews there are 30+ hotels within a 3 block walk of the event and about 100 hotels within 1 mile. The hotels on the beach, the east side of Collins Ave, are the most expensive. If money or noise is an issue for you, consider one of the hotels on James Ave. They are less glamous and don’t have a great pool or beach, but they are much less expensive and that street is quieter. There are even more choices at lower prices if you are willing to Uber/Lyft/Taxi a mile or two.
The main venue is the Loews Miami Beach at 1601 Collins Ave.
PS – – There are only 90 tickets left for vendors, consultants, .gov, industry groups, etc. The last 100 tickets we are reserving for asset owners.
